Sometimes writing journal entries is very simple. It just means that I write something that is meaningful only to me, because it is my journal. Sometimes journaling only means that I write something that I need to write down, without always knowing the reason why I want or need to write it down. Sometimes journaling means writing something about each day that is simple or unique or even mundane, and boring, but to others, but never to me. Sometimes journaling just means writing whatever comes out of my pen when I create an entry. Sometimes journaling means skipping a day or three, if I need to take a break or need to leave some white space in between entries. What does journaling mean to you today?
